Das Möbelscharnier aus Messing ist mit einem eingebauten Anschlag ausgestattet, der es ermöglicht, in einem Winkel von 95° geöffnet zu bleiben. Diese Scharniere werden aus 6 mm dickem massivem Messingmaterial auf präzise Abmessungen gefräst und sind für eine lebenslange Nutzungsdauer ausgelegt. Sie verfügen über Scharnierstifte aus Edelstahl und unsere standardmäßige brünierte Brusso-Oberfläche. Das Möbelscharnier ist 8 mm breit x 35 mm lang. Der Einsatz ist 29 mm lang.

Works great!

I used a pair of these hinges on a walnut hand tool chest that I built. The installation was pretty straight forward. I used my router table to route the mortises - all it took was a couple of quick passes on some scrap and a couple of stop blocks.

It is a quality product but way overpriced, I purchased just to see if it was worth the price. Doubt if I will ever spend that much again, I'm sure of I look hard enough I can find a pair for a fair price.

Good product should come with a template or give a measurement to show how far in to mortise for lid to open correctly

Well Engineered for a High Quality Fit and Finish

The SR-680 full mortise side rail hinge is perfect for the box maker. I use this hinge when i want a little less hardware. I purchased the matching routing template TJ-SR680 which makes cutting the mortise easy and a joy. They are a perfect combination! I wont use any other brand. Buying the hinge and its matching routing template takes all of the guesswork out and always results in superior hinge installation and mechanics.
